    Real property lien
    I had a lien filed against me, I don't own any homes, however my car is to be paid off in a matter of months, what happens to my car title or car when it's paid off and I have this lien on my name?

    Liens are by their very nature "on" some property. The lien isn't against you, it's against your property. In all likelihood it's against your real property. It doesn't apply to your car unless it's shown on your registration, and I really doubt that can happen.
