Child support in IL now taking all of my income from my job.
I currently am paying child support for one child. I also owe back support. My net gross income is current 800.00 - up until today I have been paying 145.00 a week. Now I get a letter in the mail I am to pay 275 a week. I have no income after child support is taken out and next week need to move out of my house. HELP ME

Get your lawyer to argue for a modification in court... simply ignoring it because you literally incapible of meeting it will only work against you.

I went through the same thing. Call the Child Support office and request a modifaction of the court order.
