The bathroom sink has a rubber tube that takes water fron the water overflow inlet to the drain at the base of the bowl. The corian piece that was glued to the underside of the bowl to capture water from the overflow and direct it to the drain through the rubber tube has separated from the underside of the bowl. When I remove the sink who could make a reliable repair to the bottom of the sink so that we have a water tight connection?

The tubing from the overflow hole to the drain is what channels any overflow water back to the drain, not the cover. The tubing is probably vinyl, not rubber, It should be sealed to the sink at both ends for a water tight connection. It should also be secured to the underside of the sink with silicone. The cover piece, be it Corian or plastic, is just that, a cover piece. Reattach it with silicone.

Are you saying the bottom donut came off or cracked... see image? If so, has it completely cracked and fallen away from the sink?

I had this problem several times before... Corian sinks are hand-made, so is the overflow. It is kind of makeshift installation. Depends where it separated. If you are handy you could call corian shop and ask them what kind of glue they use to secure overflow to the sink. Otherwise, ask them to send somebody out to do it for you. It is not a big deal to fix it...
