Hello in I'm not due for my period for two weeks and last night I had a real light brown spotting . I thought for sure I would start my period by this morning . Well when I woke up and checked I noticed it had stopped . In July my period was a week early and only lasted three days . I have had a period on the same day every month for over two years now . It always last five to six days and is heavy . My breast are really sore and seem swollen I'm constipated and extremely lazy feeling . What is going on I'm so confused

The obvious question would be, could you be pregnant? If there is that possibility, try a pregnancy test. Some women will have bleeding in early pregnancy, sometimes thinking it is their period, but many times it will be a "period" that is off the norm in some way.

If there is not a chance for pregnancy, it could just be your cycles are becoming irregular or might be due to ovulation.

If you still don't get a period this month, see your doctor for an exam.
