    My face looks like i.m flushed all the time, what can I do to get it back to normal?
    My face looks flushed all the time ,I've been to the doctor and he said its not roscea,its got something to do with my blood vessels. This is getting very stressful as I work in a busy envoirment and people are looking at me as if I have two heads,it looks as if I was out on the beer the night before. My skin is sensitive to creams so that possibility is out.
    PLEASE HELP!!

    Did the doctor mention blood pressure? That's a common cause of red face. You can adjust diet and exercise to improve blood pressure.

    One thing you might consider is a green tinted anti-blushing moisturiser, you can get sensitive skin versions as well. They are designed just for this, to reduce the redness of skin, They are not make-up.

    Yeah the doctor said my blood pressure was fine. Where can I buy these types of moisturiser's? Thanks for your help eileen.

    Look in the section of the pharmacy aimed at teenage girls, it will probably be near the spot creams and stuff. Or just ask an assistant. It's one of those things which they all carry, but probably don't have as part of the big displays.

    If it was high blood pressure, then diet and exercise could reduce that, but if your blood pressure is normal, it won't work as easily.

    But a general rule is to eat fresh whole food, cut out the sugar and processed stuff. Exercise: lift some weights and do some exercise that makes you pant and sweat.
