    Georgia probation drug testing
    So... I understand that once you are on Probation, for whatever reason, you are subject to drug testing. My Question is... Do you get a drug test on your very 1st visit????

    Hello L:

    Every probation officer is different, and every probation office has its own rules. If you test positive, tell them that it's residue from BEFORE you were on probation.
