    Foster care being transferred to another state
    My children are in foster care in Nebraska and we are originally from Iowa and I have a family that is willing to be guardians of the girls until all this stuff is over with them what is the process that has to be done to have the girls transferred to Iowa from Nebraska?

    What was the process that put them in foster care? How long ago were they placed and why didn't your family step in at that time?

    - not prying but this is info we need to know.
