I have a new 3Ton Freus A/C and the 15year old 10 Sear 3.5 ton coil was never replaced. What should replace it? Do the coils come with Sear ratings? I was told yes and no buy some estimates . I have a 32 inch sqare freestanding shower stall in my basement. I would like to put in something larger but don't want to break up the concrete to move the drain. Is it possible to purchase a shower base that does not have a drain already cut out so we can cut one where we want?

What is a fair price for laying new pipe and removing old? Is it reasonable for the plumber to ask to cut down a tree? Two trees? It seems that some type of repair where the problem area that is full of roots, cut be cut away and pvc laid in using end caps. Is that impractical?:confused:
