Im trying to find a song all I can remember the video.

It is of a house party as the singer walks through singing, she is black or mixed race and has a half an afro with the other side slicked back. She is wearing a blue top with an open back. The video ends with the aftermath of the part with people sleeping all over the house as she again walks through.

Its about 3 -4 years old and a dance/pop song.

Its not a lot to go on but can any one help?
