    Deportation
    My daughter father got deport for 6 years now he is a green card holder and was in the navy the time of his deportation I don't know if they give him a certain time out of the country but I think I heard him say it was banded for like he got I don't know if there is such thing but if in case yes or o can I marry him (I am a citizen) so he can come back??

    Your post is confusing. You say he was deported and now he has a green card? Please elaborate.

    Will need to know how he got his PR, reason for discharge from navy and the basis for the deportation. He may qualify for a waiver as he has a USC spouse and chiild, if you can prove up extreme hardship. This may be difficult as he has not been here for six years, so the USCIS, the Conoff or the ARO may say you've adapted to the situation.
