I need to know the name of a Western
This movie was made in the early 70's or late 60's it is a
Western --but I don't know the name but this is what the
Movie is about--a group of trained Indian fighters trained
My an Indian fighter to go into Mexico to defeat a renegade
Apache and his band of followers. The highlight of the movie
Is when they are going into Mexico they have to cross a
Canyon and the only way to get the pack animals across is to
Use a trolley cable to traverse them across the canyon,
While they are getting the pack animals across the canyon a
Group of the Apache leaders men are riding below. They never
See what is going on above them. They do make it into Mexico
And use a Gatling gun to wipe out most of the Apache band. I
Hope you can get the name for me from this description, I am
An avid western fan, and would really appreciate your help.
Thanks bill"

Sorry Stagecoach isn't the western --the guy who trained the force to confront the Apaches was a major star but I can't think of his name. He trained his men in the desert. Thanks for you help I hope you will keep working in this.

Sorry neither movie is the correct one, but I have not seen Rio Grande in years and have placed it in my Netflix Queue, thanks for finding this movie for me. I tell you this if you can find this movie I will purchase the movie for you. It is that good. It is not your average spaghetti western. I will tell you another classic if you can find it is" Alice to Nowhere" really a fantastic movie, I do know the name of this one but have not been able to get the movie in any outlets in the U.S. I saw this one back in the early 70's and late 60's. I don't even know the actors in the movie but I have never forgot the movie. I believe it was filmed in Australia --about a bunch of thugs that slips on board a transport truck and play havoc with a family who lives in the outback. Continue thanks for helping me out.

Thanks so much I will order it. You are good. I only wish I could remember any name of the actors in the western. I think I am not for sure that a black guy was in the Western, I don't know his name but I think he played opposite Kirk Douglas in the Gladiator. Thanks again bill

Any of you fans of western movies seen one from the 70's in which I think it's luke askew whose wife is raped in a barn right on the main street and he is shot; the wife eventually takes up with the attacker who kidnaps her and holds her hostage or something like that?
