    Copper IUD and missed period?
    I have a paragard IUD and I am 3 days late for my period. I have always been regular. I have had to negative home pregnancy test. Could I be late because of the IUD even though it has no hormones in it. I went to the doctor and they say that the IUD is in the right spot and to take another pregnancy test next week. Could I be pregnant or is it the IUD?

    It is possible to get pregnant with an IUD.

    If you have always been regular and the missed period is unusual then, you will have to wait for the pregnancy test.
