    I am 36 years old muslim married lady with a son of 6yrs and 8months its been 7yrs I am separated from my husband in that whole period he has no contact with me and my son ,even he has not given any maintaince regarding my son , I have completed my studies and now doing a very good and high status job andf fulfiling all the requirements of my son ,after seven years I have contact myself to my husband for the divorce but he is not willing to give me divorce just because of the haqmehr now please my question is that is this divorce occurred according to islamic point of view and can I go for second marriage to settle my life because this is very unfair with me kindly help me.
