I'm 15 and I've been wanting my own for sooo long. I do also pretend I'm pregnant and waddle around like I am. I look at all the pregnant people around and wonder why I'm obsessing over it. I feel crazy sometimes. But I just want to have a little one myself. I've had sex(with protection] a few times. I'm just scared ill get pregnant before I'm 16...


I have also been obsessing over becoming pregnant and wanting a baby. I'm 15. I look at pregnant people all the time, and always feel like I am crazy. I also pretend to be pregnant and waddle around like I am. Many kids in my high school are pregnant, so I almost feel like I want to be in their shoes. HELP

Trust me you really don't want to be in their shoes.. I know it all seems fun and cool but it's a huge responsibility... you need an education to be able to provide for a baby... you need to be stable by yourself before you can even think about that... look at it this way... you want to flip burgers for the rest of your life... or do you want to work a dead end job.. or do you want to be able to have what you want when you want it.. go out and buy whatever you want... have a nice car... go out on the weekends... you need to finish your education before you think about having a baby or else you're going to end up struggling... which is not a good feeling... you want to be able to provide adequately for the child.. put presents under the tree for christmas... buy them clothes... 15 is way too young... give it some time.. you have plenty of time to have a child... its not as easy as it looks

why do you think having a baby would be so good?

have you ever babysat an infant for any period?

having a baby costs money,time,your youth,your body,all your time!

take a look around your own life,what's lacking that you think a baby would full that void?

the next time you look at a pregnant women take a minute to consider what's happening in her body,increased hormones,tired,increased weight,stretch marks,swollen ankles.. its takes a lot out of you,that's why you need to wait until your body is mature enough to grow a baby.

then of course what goes in must come out,in a immature body it's a lot harder and more complicated,there are dangers too you and the baby.

lets just say everything goes OK with the labour (think of the worst pain you ever had... its nothing like that... x20 and your close to how painful it is)

OK,so you have a baby,who's needs constant attention,feeding,changing,burping,needs a warm,clean,safe place,needs diapers,formula,clothes, a FATHER! lets not forget about him.

your 15,enjoy your youth,a baby will NOT fix what you feel your lacking in your life.

when you are in a stable relationship and are emotionally,physically,mentally,and financially secure... that is the time to DISCUSS having a baby.
