I'm 12 and my period is 10 days late, I usually have it on the 24th 25th or 26th every month, I started agess agoo and it has been on one of these dates ever since I have started, I have only ever missed 1 period and that was only because it was he second month and I was new to it all, but now I'm not I've never missed one since and is 10 day late, I have sore nipples, I cat be pregnant can I? Xx thank you. Oh and I'm not going to the doctors, but is there something wrong with me. X

Sweetheart, if you have never had sex why would you worry about being pregnant?

Girls your age tend to be late every once in a while. By the sound of your symptoms your period should be coming soon.

Libby... I know you are worried, but this has been answered. If you haven't had sex, you can't be pregnant. Now, have you been doing things short of having sex with anyone? In other words, has anyone had their penis near your vagina? If not, you can't be pregnant.

Maybe your period is just going to be late. Some people get sore nipples/breasts around the time of their period. It may be you are going to skip a month. It happens... again, not uncommon in the pre-teen and early teen years.

Since this is causing you to worry a good deal, have you spoken to your mother about it?
