What causes water buildup in an underground well house?
Wellh ouse is partially underground. Water buildup in well house up to ground level. Will remove water, builds up again to ground level. No leaks in house. Haven't been able to locate leak outside. Is it possible that the ground outside the well house is so saturated that this could be the cause?
