    Immigration fraud
    I am us citizen-got married in india two years ago-my wife got conditional immigrant visa for two years ( now valid up to may 20011) we have one year old daughter. Recently I realize that my wife and her family planned this arrange marriage for money.--I started listining to the phone calls and realize that --my wife is after my property-wants to take the child to india and ask for child support and allomony---what should I do--please help me and guid me.--Thanks

    You must be married for at least 10 years, then she might be eligible for alimony. I think you overreact... don't you love your child? Don't you want her to have both parents in a happy home?
