    How do I get a mobile home off my property that I can no longer pay for
    I can no longer pay for my mobile home which sits on my property. The owner of the property is taking his time to remove the trailer. I need it gone so I can get another place set up to live in. how can I make him move his property off mine if I have chosen not to pay for it anymore?

    Hello big:

    Depending on your agreement with the seller, you may OWN the mobile home whether you pay for it or not. Is he suing you for the balance?
