    Repo tires off a car questions
    If I buy a used car and the previous owner had put new tires on the car but never paid for them, can the tire store then repo the tires from me?

    No.

    Not unless the tire store retained a security interest in the tires. That would be extremely uncommon.

    Ok Thanks for answering. The Co keeps saying they will be here to remove the tires. The previous owner gave them my address.
