    What are the rules for british citizen
    If I been in the UK since 2001 and I had a child in 2004 and I'm still living in the UK own my home and work does my daughter qualify for a British passport. Can someone please help with this question.

    I been living and working in the UK since 2001 and had a daughter in 2004. The father and myself are Portuguese. I have been living permanatly in the UK since 2001 till 2010 and own my home and work. Does my daughter qualify for a British passport? Can someone please help me..
