    Does Florida tax social security.. state or fed
    I'm 69 and plan to retiree in Florida on a fixed income $ 1500 net, will my SS be taxed?? Thank you

    There is no personal income tax in Florida (if that is what you are asking).

    At that income level I can't imagine that you will owe Fed tax.
