Regarding notice to the tenant to enter dwelling?
I live in Washington State and rent out the top portion of my house and have the bottom as storage for myself, I have given the tenant notice, 24 hours that I am going to be entering the bottom portion and she has been giving me the run around and basically not letting me. Bear in mind this is my house, I am just being respectful as the storage is not part of her dwelling.

I don't see an actual question here. But I have a few: Do you have a key?
Do you have to go through her portion in order to access your portion? If not, just go ahead.
