    Can pregnant women eat velveta cheese?
    I would like to make some velveta cheese dip. I am 4 weeks pregnant. Can I eat the cheese?

    Yes. The soft cheese issues are with the un-pasturized cheeses.

    Got to love the velveeta shells and cheese cravings. =) Next time you go to your ob ask for a "do not eat" list.
