    PC keeps restarting after bios screens
    Hi,I recently changed my graphics card in my PC because the fan was making a funny noise,when I restarted my PC it just kept going through the bios screens and then it restarted before it got to the vista loading screen,I then put the original graphics card{the one making the funny noise) and now the same thing happens,it won't let me boot in safe mode or any other mode for that matter,I have disabled the automatic restart option and that didn't work,I took my HD out of the PC and plugged it into my laptop and checked volume for errors and got no errors so I'm stuck and in need of help, help

    It sounds like Windows installed the driver for the new card when you installed it. If there is a conflict with the new driver that is causing the reboots, you've got a real problem.
