    Louisiana inheratence laws
    Is there a time limit for a excutor to distribute an inheritance ? If a exuator of an estate is not distrubuting the property in a timely manner in Louisiana what recourse do you have ?

    Forget the court name in LA, but basic you go though probate to make them act.
