Tile near my air handler is unusually cold. We have ground returns. Is this normal?
Just had our air conditioning unit serviced last week and since then we have noticed that the tile just outside of the air handler closet is extremely cold when unit is running. What could be the cause of this? We do have ground returns in this home.
