    When a kid turns 18 what rights do their parents have
    My mom and dad don't like a ertail guy I want date they don't know I'm dating sice I'm 17 right now and they won't let me date him.but in November this year ill be 18 and myparents say there's a law that says I can't leave when I want be I'm still in high school I want know do I have stay in their house because I'm still a high school student?

    In part it may be possible as some states don't have the cut and dry 18 and your emancipated rules. But for all intents and purposes you will be 18 and an adult. The twist is that if your in their home its their rules. How old is this boyfriend ?
