    My son has ssi are my other children eligible to receive any compensation?
    My 2 yr old son receives ssi due to being disabled. I have 3 other children ages are 16, 5yrs, and 19 months old.. I am a single mother as well. Are my other children eligible to receive any compensation because of my son receiving disability?

    Not unless they are disabled as well. Be thankful your little one has SSI. It makes life easier for you. Your l6 year old can work soon and stay off the system, the five year old is in school and whatever, the l9 months. Old is with you. Why do you need SSI for all the children? Haven't you been reading about the burden on your system?
