Can ssi checks for children be put in a trust fund?
Can the ssi check of the child who receives the check due to the parent being disabled be put in a trust fund until they're 18 or 21?

I am just taking a stab at this but I would think if its ssi it would have to be spent because ssi is need based but if it is social security drawn off a parent it could be different. The best thing for you to do is ask your local social security office. They would be able to answer those questions.
