Remove crack smoke residue

I've tried everything to remove this leftover residue off my floor tiles kitchen chrome, even almost impossible to remove off walls, IT'S GROSS!! s.o.s PADS WO'T EVEN TAKE IT OFF. Helpppppppppppppppppppp
