My father has opened a bank account in my name. I am 24 years old and never authorized or signed anything. I know he did this because I found mail at his house with my name on it from the bank. Me and my father don't get along and I don't understand why he would need an account in my name. He claims it has something to do with life insurance.

Have you actually talked to the bank about this account? Is it a reguler account or a trustee account?
