    Where can I find buyers and investors
    Ok so I am direct sellers mandate and I am looking for buyers and investors who can purchase tapes pools and individual notes nationwide. They come as followed commercial, single family, multifamily, residential and REO. I am looking for serious buyers and investors. Where can I find these and where can I get a list of them at.

    Finding a "list" will be difficult. My suggestion would be to put ads up on CraigsList and make a website yourself using something like WordPress.

    Additionally, you could advertise in your local newspaper and even put some signs up at target locations.

    ... just some suggestions...
