OK there was this story I read when I was younger I think it might have been a folk tale or fable. OK so there's this old man and he goes and meets someone else old I don't know if it's a man or woman but he tells the person about his troubles and the person gives him an animal and tells him a magic word to say to the animal and when he does the animal lays gold eggs , well one day he has to leave on vacation and tells his neighbor to look after the animal and he tells his neighbor to never say the magic word, well as soon as the guy leaves the neighbor says the word and gets the golden egg he keeps saying it until the animal is wiped out. When the guy comes back ad see's his animal is worn out and not working so he goes back to the person who gave him the animal and this process happens about 2 more times until finally the person gives the guy a magic stick and tells him how 2 trick the guy so when the guy pretends to leave his neighbor and the guy said the magic word and started getting beat up so the guy comes in and gets his neighbor to confess then I don't remember
