    Can anyone suggest general contractor to fix a foreclosed house in New Brunswick area
    I have just bought a foreclosed house in New Brunswick. I am looking for a contractor with Lic, Insurance. Must be reasonable, good and dependable. Good references

    We are international and do not make referrals so I'd suggest trying the yellow pages for 3 bids. I found traces for 47 places called New Brunswick so you need to narrow it down a bit for us.

    I'd also recommend calling your local BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.. they should have some very reliable contractors to choose from. The BBB also acts as a mediator for the consumer should any issues arise with one of their registered contractors... free of charge!

    Another source would be your local lumber yard. Not from the cards left, but from one of the countermen. Would still check with BBB.
