How long will it take to get extradited from Florida to Colorado
Will Colorado extradite someone for a felony three from Florida? If so how long will it take? Also on his aresst report it says it a felony amount from 1000 to 2000 dollars why does he not have a bond?

It's hard to know - what are the felonies for, about?

Also difficult to know why there's no bond. Apparently Colorado didn't think he was a flight risk.

Theft as a felony? Was a weapon involved? What was involved?

    Theft from an employer?

I know there was no weapon, but it could be from an employer but I'm not sure.

The answer is that it's hard to know if a warrant has been issued, if the person will be extradicted (that's a long trip for someone to come and get him), why there was no bond - other than he was not seen as a flight risk.

If he objects and requires them to have a hearing, that will add a couple weeks normally, beyond that, they could come for in within a few days, or a few weeks, I have seen some take almost 6 weeks.

And no there would not be any bail till at least he gets back to the other state, and his level of flight risk will determine how much if any

    Hello I:

He doesn't have a bond, because he didn't commit a crime in that state. He's probably being held by the feds for unlawful flight to avoid prosecution. Besides, you can't be given a bond when there's a HOLD on you from another state, and that's what this is. He'll be given a bond when he gets back to the charging state.
