    Frequent Headaches
I have been having frequent headaches for almost a year now. I went to get glasses over the summer, because I thought that was the cause of them. I now wear my glasses often, but I still get these frequent headaches. I have also noticed my eyesight getting worse. Any logical explanation?

High blood pressure can also cause frequent headaches.
Should you be wearing glasses all the time?
I find that if I take mine off and on a lot during the day I get a headache. But if I leave them on I am fine

I think you should go see your doctor and ask about Idiopathic intracranial hypertension... as this causes headachs and causes your eyesight to get very bad... if not caught intime it can cause blindness... Im not trying to scare you, but maybe you should get it checked out.

Headaches can be caused by a variety of things stress, pinched nerve, poor diet, food allergy, etc...
It is best to find out the cause of your headache to figure out how to get rid of it. A good chiropractor
That is into herbal med/holistic health would be your best bet to figure it out.

Where are you located when these heaches occur? Are you in brightly lit rooms? Computer Use? Night Time Driving?? I would suggest investing in an anti-reflective coating on your lenses... WORKS WONDERS, I promise... but also ask your eye doctor about these headaches.
