    Yes, and unless the person objects there will not even be a hearing, if you object, there will be a hearing, then they will, I have seen no problems.

    The issue will be will there, if this is a warrant for stealing 30 dollars by shoplifting, most likely they will not spend the money, if it is a serious case they will.

    What happens you are stopped and detained, and they check to see if the state will pay to get you. If not you are released but can be stopped /held and checked again anytime in the future
