Old gold rings leopard hallmark
I have 3 gold rings that have no gold content marks but have a lion or leopard mark. One has 3 fire opals and 2 garnets. One has S.C.W. a lion, something that looks like an anchor and the number 10 with no k or c or kt or ct beside it. Were rings made before 1860 always marked as to gold content?
