    Why do I have big feet
    Im a 13 yr old just staring puberty is have a size 15 shoe in mens is this normal

    What's "normal", there's nothing that can be done to make them smaller, if that's what you after.
    Do your parents have large feet ?
    Also how tall are you ?

    I'm guessing you will become fairly tall. You will probably "grow into your feet," and, when you've reached your final height, would look pretty silly being over six feet tall with little feet.
