    92 honda accord ex manual transmission will not start or turn over
    I have a 92 honda accord ex manual transmission that won't start or turn over. It does not make a sound. However, I can push the car and it will start. Thanks for your help.

    Remove and fully charge or replace the battery.

    The battery is new. I also tried to jump start and nothing happened.
