    Replace TRANE xe 1100 #TWN624c100A3 M225MH9CF condenser fan motor w/ generic mtr
    I am replacing a TRANE xe 1100 mdl#TWN624c100A3 serial M225MH9CFcondenser fan that is 20 yrs old it came wired with 4 wires the
    Red... hangs free unconnected
    Black
    Brown
    The new motor has 5 wires
    Red, black, white, brown, and brown tracer
    Black is no problem, the old motor purple went to red wire cliped into black box like connection board... old motor brown to ylw w/ brown tracer that goes to condenser
    What new motor wires go to the yellow w/brown tracer and what new wire motor goes to the red wire clipped into the black box panel. Thanks

    Only follow the wiring diagram that is on the new motor or in the box it came in.

    Replace the old capacitor with a new one rated for use with the new motor.

    CAUTION Do not use the old capacitor.

    Tip: The two brown wires on the new motor go to the new capacitor.
