I had an accident and didn't make a police report or get the other persons insurance
I was rear ended and I didn't make a police report nor did I get insurance information, plate number or any other information except his name and phone number.What can I do because he now doesn't want to fix my car.

Get the police involved immediately.He can say you backed into him and this was all your fault.
IF YOU EVER get into another accident, even a small one, always get a report done,it doesn't have to go beyond the report as far as the cops are concerned. Hurry,time's awastin here,if he has a better story than you,you might be sol. |
