    Child support
My husband and I separated. He got a "woman" pregnant. I filed for a divorce right after I found out about the pregnancy. He is own his own now. How will the amount of her child support from him be decided. Will it affect my court ordered child support amount? What will this child be entitled to if it is proven that he is the father?

The child will be entitled to the same thing as your children are entitled to. Some states don't discount for mutiple children and some do. So it depends on the state.

Yes, "this" child is the same relationship to him as your children are, so they will have all the same rights and he will hae all the same legal obligations to them.

He may decide to introduce them and during his visit times let them grow up together. ( those will be his choices to make )
