    Do I need to attend?
    My daughter has an appointment with immigration, and husband is the petioner, do I have to go with them to the appointment?

    Do you both have legal custody of your daughter? If you both do you don't have to attend but it might help her if you support this for her and through the steps its going to take to become a citizen.
