Can I sue the "woman" my husband impregnanted while being married to me?
We were still married at the time he got her pregnant. He had moved out of our home. However he was seeing her while still living at home with our kids and me.

Sue her for what?
For your husband getting her pregnant?
He will have to pay child support and have part responsibility for the child until he/she turns 18.
I understand if your feeling distraught and very upset by the whole thing, but as you know it takes two to tango,he was well aware of what he was doing.
If you need legal advice, post your question in the legal threads if you need advice on your relationship or marriage, this thread is fine.

Last time I was pregnant it took two.
My husband and I created a child. I did not and could not have done it myself.
Don't blame just her.

Sounds like she is asking a legal question red & kk. She must be thinking about the North Carolina woman who successfully sued "the other woman" for Alienation of Affection.
Happier you can sue anyone for anything. Doesn't mean you have a winnable case. Set up a meeting with a lawyer in your area.

Sue her? Sounds like he's one one that you need to see the lawyers about.

Don't you think having his child will be punishment enough? He's obviously not faithful, so let her have him. He becomes HER problem.
If your divorce isn't final, then that may weigh in your favor. He lied and he cheated. I say, go after him for child support for your kids and maybe even try to get the house thrown into the deal.

Already have my divorce papers in place with court ordered child support. My point is that, this "woman" knew he was still married when she decided to "stop taking her birth control pills".(these were her exact words to me)
