    Do I have a good chance of getting my son for good
    My sons mother signed all her rights ove to her mother I pay child support and I have a girlfriend and another child that we take care of together do you think if I took my other child's grand mother to court to get my son do I have a good chance in getting cousidy

    Please don't use text speak on the legal board. Also, I note this is posted under criminal law and not family law. Is there an arrest record or similar problem?

    The only way to know if you can get custody is to go to Court and file for it. I trust you are physically, financially and emotionally stable enough to care for this child.

    Why haven't you moved for custody earlier? How old is the child?
