What if I tell a cop that I am guilty but I am actually innocent?
What if I admit committing a crime to a police officer (not to a court) that I really did not do. Am I likely to be covicted on my admission?

Why would you even consider lying about doing a crime? And yes, your admission would hold up in Court.
