    Most likely going off on low pressure.

    Meaning the installer needs to come back to fix /repair possible leak and re-install proper amount of refrigerant////supposing he will stand behind his equipment,work and reputation

    Ac compressor fan goes off and on a natual gas RHEEM split unit/single run cap
    Old & new1/3hp 1075 208v are both loud and go off and on
