Asking for a loan from a estate will
I am in my stepmothers will, but right now I am homeless and would like to borrow some money to finance a college course which would make me eligible to become a licensed surveyor. Is this morally or immorally right of wrong

I am in my stepmothers will, and right now I am homeless, and in desperate need. I would like to get a loan based on the contents of that will, to take a course and allow me to become a licensed land surveyor. Is this morally or imorrally right or wrong. Is there a precedent for this

No.Your stepmother may change her will when she likes. The fact your name is included in a will is not a ground for a loan.
