Im In Tennessee And My Wife And I Had Bought A New Harley She Financed It In Her Name For Me For Part Of My Birthday Present 1 Month Early So We Could Make Sturgis... I Paid The Deposit Insurance And All The Payments Since We Have Had It.I Even Put About $5000.00 In Extra Parts Dressing It.. she Left While I Was Not Home And Packed The Whole House Up And Took Everything Including My Harley... She Says She Wants Off The Loan And For Me To Finance It In My Name But That's Why She Financed It For Me Because She Knew That My Credit Was Not Good Enough... we Used My Income On The Credit App Along With Hers To Be Considered For Credit... Will It Have To Be Sold At A Lose Or Will I Be Able To Keep It As Long As I Make The Payments Like I Have Been ? She Put It In A Storage And I Still Pay For It... What Can I Do ?
